Abatement Technologies is looking for an energetic, dedicated, service-oriented **Bilingual Inside Sales Representative.** Want to join a growing company that provides innovative and reliable solutions to its customers? We are seeking an individual to join our team in **Nepean, ON.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders and payments, including walk-in customers.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding shipping costs and delivery times where necessary.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers and prospects at appropriate intervals.
- Assist with timely handling and resolution of customer product complaints, including changes to purchase orders, and obtaining serial numbers and other relevant information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and outreach projects and programs.
- Fluent in both English and French

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Degree or diploma in business administration or related field.
- Work experience should include a minimum of two (2) years in a business to business sales or sales support role, preferably in a related industry.
- Experience with Epicor ERP an asset.

**Responsabilités professionnelles**:

- Coordonner avec le siège social pour établir et configurer de nouveaux comptes clients, y compris la saisie de données et le traitement des nouvelles demandes de crédit client.
- Traiter les commandes et les paiements des clients, y compris les clients sans rendez-vous.
- Fournir aux clients des informations précises sur les frais d'expédition et les délais de livraison si nécessaire.

Maintenir un contact permanent avec les clients et prospects à des intervalles appropriés.
- Aider au traitement et à la résolution en temps opportun des plaintes des clients sur les produits, y compris les modifications apportées aux bons de commande, et à l'obtention des numéros de série et d'autres informations pertinentes.
- Aider au développement et à la mise en œuvre de projets et de programmes de vente et de sensibilisation.
- Parle couramment l'anglais et le français

**Éducation et expérience de travail**:

- Baccalauréat ou diplôme en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- L'expérience de travail doit inclure un minimum de deux (2) ans dans un rôle de vente interentreprises ou de soutien aux ventes, de préférence dans une industrie connexe.
- Expérience avec Epicor ERP un atout.
