Leaf Hydraulics is a small business in Nepean, ON K2G 1G4. We provide clients with various fluid system components, for hydraulic power, bulk fluid handling, and commercial wash systems. We are in a unique industry that allows staff to engage with many various industries, and can occasionally present interesting challenges

Our business has grown double digits year over with a focus on quality products, and customer service. We recently opened a second location and have the possibility for employee growth within the company.

Our clients include many heavy civil, concrete, utilities, and equipment maintenance companies.

**Overview**

**Job Summary**
- Front counter service and greeting clients
- Directing technical queries to the appropriate staff
- Preparing quotations and writing customer orders
- Reporting on missed sales opportunities
- Some work in the shop is also required to assemble components for the client.
- Order picking, and some receiving duties
- Upsell or cross sell clients, as well as lead generation to pass to sales

You will present a friendly, confident, professional face to the customers and be able to process their requests independently. Attention to detail is important, as is following procedures to ensure efficient work flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone and in person
- Must be comfortable making calls and dealing with people
- Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines and prompt response to client's requests
- Computer proficiency with Google suite products and various software
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Previous experience with industrial sales an asset (i.e hardware, auto parts, construction, or fluid products)
- Prior experience with hydraulics, bulk fluid systems, or high pressure wash systems an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
