**Inside Sales Associate - Join Our Growing Outdoor Living Team**

**Location: Ottawa**

**Employment Type: Part Time/Seasonal**

At The Deck Store, we specialize in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional, and inviting retreats. From custom decks and patios to outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and more, we bring our customers outdoor dreams to life. As we continue to grow, were looking for a motivated inside sales associate to help us connect with more homeowners and contractors seeking to enhance their outdoor living experience.

**What You'll Do**:
**Engage with inbound leads**:
**Qualify Prospects**:
Identify customer needs and determine if they're a fit for our products and services.

**Support The Sales Team**:
Collaborate with other inside sales associates in the showroom by helping with clients, answering phone inquiries, keeping track of daily showroom traffic and cleaning of the showroom and occasionally assist with deliveries.

**Product Knowledge**:
Become an expert in our outdoor living solutions to confidently educate potential customers on all services and products offered.

**Cold Calling/Lead Generating**:
Reaching out to potential new clients to invite them to visit our showroom and gain their business.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience in retail setting (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong Communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using different software systems
- Self-Motivated, organized, reliable, and detail oriented
- Passion for outdoor living and creating exceptional customer experiences

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
