As a Window Lead Installer at AT Glazing LTD., you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for the installation of European Aluminum windows and doors in residential and commercial projects in British Columbia. You will lead a team of installers and ensure that our customers receive high-quality and efficient installation services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with project managers to review installation plans and schedules
- Oversee the installation of various products, such as fixtures, equipment, or systems
- Ensure that installations are performed according to specifications and quality standards
- Train new installers on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during installations
- Maintain accurate records of completed installations and materials used
- Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and the ability to transport tools and materials to job sites.

**Salary**: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
