**Full Job Description**

Join our team at Epic Fire Protection Inc., a trusted leader in fire protection and life safety services, as an Outside Sales Representative and drive new business growth. We specialize in delivering essential fire protection and life safety services, including sprinkler & fire alarm inspections, emergency lighting maintenance, fire extinguisher servicing, sprinkler system design and installation and comprehensive maintenance contracts across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

We proudly serve residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including high-rise buildings, warehouses, office facilities, educational institutions, and more.

In this role, you will prospect potential customers, build lasting relationships, and close deals, contributing to the growth and success of Epic Fire Protection Inc.

We’re seeking a self-motivated individual who enjoys being on the road, connects easily with people, and takes pride in solving problems for clients while delivering high-quality fire protection solutions. This is a hunter role, focused on acquiring new accounts and transitioning them to our Account Management team for ongoing support.

**Qualifications**:

- College Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Outside sales experience is required.
- Two to three years of experience in the fire protection or life safety industry is an asset.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, as travel to client locations is essential.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

**What You Will Do**:

- Drive to customer locations and interact face-to-face to present Epic Fire Protection’s services.
- Visit 10-12 prospective customers daily to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and address client needs, providing tailored fire protection and life safety solutions.
- Close sales deals and transition new accounts to the Account Management team for ongoing service.
- Represent Epic Fire Protection’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
