Etobicoke, Canada Rexdale Dental office Full time

We are looking for a dental receptionist available to work weekends and some week days as needed.

At least 1 year Canadian experience required.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provides front reception duties in a demanding work environment in a professional, friendly manner.
- Greets and assists all visitors ensuring each visitor receives excellent customer service.
- Responsible for chart preparation, including data entry and scanning for electronic chart creation.
- Drafts and prepares correspondence (including dental insurance related documents as well as both day end and month end reports)
- Responsible for processing payments and ensuring the daily deposit is made.
- Responsible for contacting patients, insurance companies and other healthcare professionals regarding appointments, treatment and/or accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience & Required Skills**:

- Previous experience providing superior customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; proficiency in the English language.
- An analytical and highly detail-oriented individual with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making ability; ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
- Highly self-motivated; ability to work independently and as a member of the team in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
- Maintains confidentiality; ethical, reliable, and trustworthy

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.28-$22.00 per hour
