Shop Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop employees
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Ensure smooth operation of the shop
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Bilingual (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers and employees
- Experience as a clerk or in payroll is a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales and store management
