StreamGo Water Solutions Inc. is a water company that is changing the way water infrastructure is delivered around the world. We are looking for talented production team members to build our market-disrupting water and wastewater systems at our Hamilton/Niagara manufacturing facility.

**Mechanical Shop Foreman**

You are a focused, get-the-job-done kind of person and will be an important member of our production team. Reporting to the Mechanical Shop Manager, you know your way around a work shop. You can organize your work and the work of various trades (plumbers, framers, welders electricians and general labourers),run the show when called upon and step in to work on the floor when needed. Equally important, you will contribute to and maintain a positive work environment in a company that thrives on inter-departmental collaboration.

You will also collaborate with your fellow fabrication staff, production coordinators and design team on a regular basis helping to ensure that our plants are built well and delivered on time.

**Salary $55,000 to $75,000 (Commensurate with Experience)**

Minimum Requirements:

- 5 years of experience as a team lead/supervisor/foreman in an industrial shop environment.
- Relevant Trades experience in either Plumbing, Pipefitting, Electrical, Framing.
- The ability to travel within Canada and the US as needed. (Valid Passport)
