We are currently looking for an administrative and customer service clerk in our multi-rental complex located in Ville St-Laurent. The clerk will have to play a key role in supporting daily operations.
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Act as an intermediary with the services
- All other related tasks.
- Manage tenant requests
- Monitor maintenance work
- Transmit relevant information to the right stakeholders
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Good team player
- Proficiency in English at the advanced intermediate level due to the nature of the tasks, work tools or interactions with English-speaking partners or members and clients
