Service Hearing Technology
Annual Service and Patient Care
Multi-Line Phone System
Pt. Experience & Follow Up
Providing Quarterly Service
Appt Booking/Schedule Mgmt
Supply/Repairs/Order Mgmt
Patient Checkout Process
Office Management
Team Leader
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a medical office setting, preferably in audiology or a related field
- Strong supervisory and management skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and medical terminology
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with Dentrix software and human resources practices
- Background in hospital settings, nursing, or acute care environments
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to enhancing patient experience
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
