**Qualification | Requirements**

**- Operating the restaurant 5 days a week**

**- Scheduling and managing the FOH team**

**- Daily cash out, monthly report, managing software issues. Previous experience with Open table/Light speed/Moneris is a asset**

**- Keeping track of wine, liquor and FOH supplies with sommelier**

**- Organising events E-mail and group booking requests**

**- Hiring and training new FOH employees**

**- Being comfortable and efficient in a stressful environment**

**- Having worked in a fine dining establishment is a asset**

**- A passion for guest service, this position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required**

**- Bartending knowledge is required**
**- A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days / nights**

**- Valid Pro serve needed**
