**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Data entry - AP/AR
- Prepare entries and accruals
- Perform duties on time at a high standard
- Clerical duties - maintaining filing and records
- Prepare statements

**Accounts Payable **- Managing Invoices - Coordinating Payments - Vendor Queries

**Accounts Receivable** - Recording Payments - Managing Statements of Account

**Expense Reporting **- Company Credit Cards - Ensure Timely Payment - Manage Reporting System

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3 years relevant accounting-data entry experience
- Experience working in an ERP system
- Strong MS Office skills
