Licensing Clerk

Ontario Motor Sales is a Chevrolet Cadillac dealership proudly servicing the Durham Region for 100 years As a well-established GM Certified Service Centre, we see a high volume of new care sales. We have an immediate opening for a **Licensing Clerk**

As the dealership’s Licensing Clerk, you will be an integral part of the Sales Team. You will work closely with the Sales Department.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process paperwork for new, used, wholesale, and lease terminations.
- Work in conjunction with the accounting department to ensure documentation, payment information, etc. are received on a daily basis.
- Daily updates to the phone system
- Review, process and distribute all paperwork for vehicle transactions - input data as required and ensure all processes and procedures are followed to ensure vehicle sales are recorded and documented appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Management team
- Ensure completion of all additional paperwork, data entry etc. for all vehicle transactions.
- Post licensing deals and wholesale deals.
- Prepare paperwork and co-ordinate completion and paperwork with ministry licensing office.
- Be an active member on the Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Dealership experience is preferred but not required
- Customer service experience required.
- Strong organizing and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous experience with Reynolds/Ignite, DeskIt or PowerUp would be considered a asset.
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences
