As a Project Administrator at Harbourview Sheet Metal Ltd., you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our projects. You’ll work alongside the project managers, estimators and field crews by organizing and collecting documentation and assisting with correspondence.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in construction administration, who is looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role in the trades industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Support:
Set up and maintain all administrative project files for all new jobs.

Assist with managing RFIs, change orders, submittals and closeout documents.

Work closely with our sub-contractors, communicating schedules and project information

Billing & Procurement Support:
Assist with preparing and organizing documentation for progress billing.

Create and manage purchase orders and material tracking spreadsheets.

Monitor labor hours and material usage against project budgets.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination.

Familiarity with mechanical or sheet metal trades is an asset.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience using Procore, Buildertrend, Knowify or similar software is an asset.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
