As an Internal Service Advisor, you will operate under the tutelage of the Assistant Service Manager. Your task will be to provide expeditious, methodical, and comprehensive communication with the Used Car Sales Manager, Assistant Service Manager, and technicians. You will accurately gather all pertinent information relating to repair orders, explain the proposed work, obtain the necessary authorization for all essential services, and ensure that all pre-owned vehicles receive prompt attention, leading to increased sales. The writing and invoicing of internal new car pre-delivery inspection repair orders are also integral aspects of the Internal Service Advisor's position.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring that all internal vehicles move smoothly through the shop and attain a ready-for-sale status in a timely manner.
- Interacting respectfully and tactfully with all colleagues.
- Addressing internal concerns or misunderstandings professionally.
- Ensuring that all documentation is duly completed within the stated timeframe.
- Verifying pre-authorization costs, parts availability, and invoicing.
- Monitoring repair orders from initiation to conclusion and updating the Used Car Manager, Dispatch, and Technician on the progress made utilizing Rapid Recon software.
