**Job description**
Maintains a constant check of component parts, materials, packing supplies, etc. supplied to and used by assembly lines ensuring proper type, size, shade and condition for the specific job. Maintains a constant check of materials produced to ensure processes are being followed correctly. Immediately notifies Supervisor of issues requiring attention. Works with minimum supervision. Maintains records and controls data as required to ensure proper information is available for future reference.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to maintain adequate supplies to operators at all times; inform Supervisor of any shortages.
- Ensure correct product identification is on finished cases.
- Record and post accurate production counts to daily line records as required.
- Assist line operators and line set up personnel when possible
- Pack skids according to required patterns and specifications; move from line to shipping once complete
- Comply with all Kolmar and governmental policies in respect to safety and GMP compliance.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Completion of Secondary School or Equivalent
- Proficient in basic math
- Knowledge of equipment, products and packaging supplies
- High level of energy
- Must have full reaching capability
- Ability to lift 25 lbs comfortably multiple times per shift
- Must be able to stand for full shift.
