**Branch Manager - Grocery Food Distribution**

With a commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to lead our BC branch.

**Position Overview**:
The Deputy Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth while ensuring efficient inventory management and seamless customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a results-oriented individual with a strong background in grocery distribution and the supermarket retail space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory, logistics, and customer relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and inventory management software to track and optimize branch performance, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain and develop new partnerships with suppliers to purchase goods and services that will improve profit margins
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, increase market share, and retain existing customers.
- Create, review, and deliver KPI reports on customer, employee, and operations performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket and retail partners, addressing their needs with a customer-first approach.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste or shortages.
- Prepare strategies on sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within grocery distribution or supermarket retail.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategies based on KPI performance reports
- Possess purchaser experience a proven ability to negotiate net positive deals and acquire products our customers demand with health profits.
- Possess sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and achieve targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of grocery distribution and the supermarket retail industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with customers.
- A track record of creating efficiencies and improving operational processes.
- Have a positive attitude and be communicative in good, bad, ugly scenarios.

Pay: $55,891.76-$68,381.39 per year
