**Job Summary**: Join Bloomstar as a Branch Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of our branch to achieve financial and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee production, logistics, budgeting, and quality control while fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for driving performance and developing high-performing teams, we’d love to have you on board

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- ** Optimize Operations**: Manage budgets, KPIs, and resources to meet or exceed performance targets.
- ** Lead Teams**: Recruit, train, and mentor employees, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous learning.
- ** Streamline Processes**: Improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain high standards for quality and compliance.
- ** Engage Stakeholders**: Address customer needs, resolve concerns, and ensure alignment with operational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business with 5+ years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
- Experience in the flower industry is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Ministry of Transportation regulations and employment standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual in English and French required.

- Warehouse: Exposure to cold (0-10°C), fluctuating temperatures, and noise.
- Office: Desk work involving sitting, typing, and visual screen focus.
- Occasional travel required.
