**What you’ll be doing**:
- Guaranteeing the safety of people and products
- Ensuring reliability of stock management
- Guaranteeing a uniformity of processes
- Making the client and collaborator experiences efficient
- Leading your teams to ensure that your store is always “Clean, New, and Operational”
- Guaranteeing economic ratios on general costs
- Working in collaboration with the store director to meet objectives
- Taking responsibilities and initiatives daily
- Participating in the continuous improvement of the company
- Building, training, and growing the store team
**What we are looking for**:
- A proven retail leader demonstrating a people first mentality and the ability to coach teamates
- A demonstrated interest in retail business, security of people and goods, and sports
- Management skills and a willingness to use a participative and inclusive approach
- Leadership skills and the ability to be an active listener who demonstrates empathy towards other team members
- Ability to organize training sessions and measure the impact these sessions have on team development
- A demonstrated interest in the continual improvement of processes in order to achieve greater efficiency
