**Shortstop Auto Service** - Tsawwassen’s premier full service auto service centre and Big O Tire Dealer is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for their modern 5 bay facility.

**Responsibilities**

Ensure a smoothly run and organized facility with a focus on the highest quality customer service

Book appointments, greet customers, generate estimates, work orders, and invoices

Select and source quality parts

Open and close the facility daily, processing daily closing and balancing procedures

Communicate with customers before, during and after service with a high degree of integrity ensuring every customer is completely satisfied before they leave our facility

Delegate and supervise inspections and repair orders with a team of six technicians

Maintain a safe and environmentally conscience facility

**Requirements**:
Minimum five years experience in Automotive Customer Service preferred

Ability to provide the highest level of customer service

Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in Automotive based computer software

**We Offer**

Competitive Salary & Bonus - $80,000.00 + per year

- Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
