**This role**:
The Assistant Manager will be working directly under the Store Manager and will be the right-hand in managing the day to day to maximize results while ensuring everyone on the team is engaged, learning, and are fulfilling their duties to the required standard. This individual will lead the team, delegate tasks, coach performance, and build motivation to create a positive work environment. They will foster a strong sense of open communication, teamwork, and will work alongside other members of management in delivering the brand, experience, and a high level of hospitality to everyone who steps through our doors.

This individual will meet regularly with other members of management at their location to discuss goals and performance, seek opportunities to collaborate with our communities, and to build greater communication within the company.

**To be successful, but not always a necessity, you will have**:

- at least 1 year of management experience
- at least 1 year of working experience in specialty coffee
- at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- the ability to inspire and coach a small team
- experience with inventory and stock management
- strong interpersonal skills
- a high attention to detail
- a positive, can-do attitude
- a passion for specialty coffee

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 37 per week
