As a member of The UPS Store team, the Customer Service Staff provides knowledgeable and responsive service to The UPS Store print customers. This position is responsible to consult with customers over the phone and in-store to gather data, establish customer’s needs and recommend print products that will meet the customer’s needs. As a print specialist, this individual will use their knowledge and expertise of print products and production methods to increase revenue by enhancing print orders through up-selling and cross-selling. The CSS may work under mínimal supervision and will interact daily with customers, owners, store managers, team members and vendors to accomplish established business objectives.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
- Production experience with digital printing equipment
- Production experience with bindery equipment
- Attention to detail for proofing
- Ability to work and complete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.70-$20.00 per hour
