**Dave’s Service Centre & Tirecraft**, a division of the Powell Group of Companies, is currently looking for a **Service Advisor **to join the team We are currently looking for an energetic team player with exceptional customer service skills to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales, service, inventory, maintenance
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills (written and oral)
- Selling tires, automotive accessories, service repairs and preventative maintenance to satisfy customer's needs.
- Maintaining current product knowledge on all tires, service and other product lines that are represented.
- Ability to resolve client concerns
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Preparing accurate estimates and billings for customers.
- Provide advice about merchandise and automotive service/maintenance
- Provide cost estimates on materials and/or labour
- Operate cash register; process money, cheque, and credit/debit card payments
- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Other related duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills; basic computer skills
- Experience in the automotive and/or heavy truck service industry
- Parts experience would be considered a strong asset
- A positive attitude and eager to learn
- The drive to provide the best customer service possible
