**Job Overview**

The Sales Support role bridges inside and outside sales functions to ensure seamless communication, brand visibility, and strong execution across all retail and distributor partners. This position plays a key role in supporting the food brokerage team’s daily operations and sales growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inside Sales Support**:

- Prepare and submit product listings, promotional forms, and pricing for retailer and distributor programs.
- Maintain accurate product data, pricing updates, and promotional tracking across multiple accounts.
- Coordinate samples, POS materials, and demo requests to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide administrative and logístical support for trade promotions, marketing programs, and planogram submissions.
- Create and update sell sheets, presentations, and sales materials.
- Monitor sales reports, and promotional results, and assist in preparing performance summaries.

**Outside Sales Support**:

- Assist field representatives with store visits and merchandising activities.
- Communicate with store managers and category teams to confirm placements and ensure brand visibility.
- Support the coordination of in-store promotions, product launches, and event activations.
- Collect and report on competitive activity, in-store feedback, and sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with retailer staff and help represent brand partners in the field.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of grocery retail operations and food brokerage processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canvas and CRM/submission platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car are required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
