**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating and confirming appointments with sales representatives
- Ensure sales representatives have 3-4 confirmed appointments each day
- Contact clients and confirm scheduled appointments
- Qualify clients to ensure they are viable
- Responsible for uploading documents to client files
- Rebooking appointments when necessary

**Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or coordinator role
- Ability to multitask take direction and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
