**Client Services Coordinator - Full time**
**Location**:Remote-based position. Occasional on-site work/meetings within the Toronto and/or Burlington offices. Hours may vary depending on the requirement for select projects.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the **Client Services Coordinator** is responsible for the administrative coordination of projects and activities within Lifemark’s client services team, supporting internal projects, customer reporting, proposal management, and contract compliance processes and initiatives.
**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 3 years related administrative support or client service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take on diverse tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Strong proficiency in a Microsoft Office software environment
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Actively participate in client services team initiatives; collaborate with, and provide solutions/support to team members and senior members in the department
- Provide administrative support for correspondence (client communications, RFP responses, memos, reports, contracts, etc.), scheduling meetings and conference calls
- Assist with data collection for RFPs and contract compliance projects and deliverables
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports and project updates
- Maintain excellent relationships with Lifemark’s internal stakeholders and key project leads
- Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
- Update and maintain contract management database, SharePoint, CRM system, and other databases as required
- Respond to inquiries or questions regarding contract administration
- Collect and track contract data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements
- Support adherence to internal policies, processes and operations for contract compliance
