**Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet company targets.
- Provide daily supervision and leadership, including morning huddles to align team with daily goals and expectations, distribution of tasks, and address any issues or updates.
- Guide employees on work requirements, performance and procedures and practices.
- Train and support the team to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintain and manage the training matrix, ensuring all training requirements are up-to-date and effectively implemented.
- Proactively identify and escalate production issues to the Plant Manager for timely resolution.
- Foster a motivated manufacturing environment by setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Ensure a safe workspace by educating staff on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery.
- Promote a lean manufacturing culture using methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
- Engage employees in setting and achieving goals through personal development and training plans.

**What you need to be successful in the role**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent planning skills to be able to create and execute daily planning schedules.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

**Salary Range**
- $80,000-$90,000+ per year, based on experience.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shift with 6 AM start time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
