Larlyn Property Management is excited to announce that we are currently seeking to add strength to our team in London, ON as:
Corporate Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
Overall management of accounts payable.
- File and maintain all documents
- Data entry as required including daily AR deposits.
- Prepare general rebill uploads for client billings
- Prepare monthly Cash Outflow estimates and daily update of Cash Outflows
- Maintaining Work Order Control Sheet and prepare Internal Invoices
- To provide support for the corporate accounting function and associated administration, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, annual budgets, monthly financial statements.
- Preparing of GST/HST returns and Non-Resident Tax forms
- Any other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
University/ Community College in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of Sage accounting system
Basic fundamentals of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills, procedural knowledge and time management skills
