Administrative Assistant/ Interior Design

Being the point of contact for general and project communications with owner
- Planning and Scheduling Meetings with Microsoft Outlook and Zoom.
- Assemble colour finish selections and complete written finishes specification packages
- Handling documents, specifications such as finishes, plumbing, appliance specifications in accordance to the project, orders, etc.
- Contacting suppliers and meeting with them in our office to ensure all samples and materials in our office are current.
- Provide complete administrative support to the owner and team members.
- Supporting the Owner and design team with communications, presentations, and proposals.
- Performing tasks as necessary to ensure that all office-related requirements are met
- Assisting with special projects as they arise.
- Reception of guests to the office and handling of all incoming telephone calls and correspondence.
- Office duties such as sourcing office supplies, and handling filing system however not limited to these items.
**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software _(Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc,)_
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat _(Adobe PDF, Photoshop, InDesign etc.)_
- Interior Design Background would be an asset.
- Experience in a similar type of Company/Organization is desired.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Autonomous, self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail in all work performed.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
