**Content Marketing Associate**

Neurotrack is looking for a detail-oriented individual to help create, update, and organize digital content and promotions for Neurotrack Technologies. The company develops digital cognitive health solutions that enable people to assess, monitor and strengthen their brain health to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and other dementias. We partner with health plans and healthcare providers to bring quality cognitive assessments and care to anyone, anywhere. Our solutions are built on a digital platform, enabling convenient and remote cognitive testing from the privacy of home. Neurotrack’s approach is focused on preserving and strengthening cognitive health now as opposed to managing its decline later. Our HQ is in Silicon Valley, California, but this role is open to remote applicants in Canada.

At Neurotrack, we create content for three distinct audiences. We’re comfortable talking to consumers, healthcare professionals, and business leaders, and you should be, too We transform jargon into inspiring, helpful copy. And we are rolling out new products rapidly that all need a wordsmith’s touch. We’re a small team with a lot going on, and we are looking for a team player to help us create more engaging products and promotions efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone with a few years of related experience or a new graduate with lots of internships under their belt. You will report to our Head of Content and Communications, and may occasionally manage work from outside contractors.

**What You’ll Do**:
You will never be bored At Neurotrack you’ll work on all kinds of content with many opportunities to develop your skills and interests. Your responsibilities may include:

- Articles
- Blogs
- Masterclasses and live events
- Social media
- Ads and promotions
- Radio, video, podcasts
- UX/UI copywriting
- Sales marketing, white papers, and other B2B content
- Customer service scripts

**What You’ll Bring to the Table**:

- Understanding of how digital products come together.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, plus some knowledge of the differences between Canadian and US English.
- Experience writing about health or lifestyle topics.
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and empathy for people whose lives have been touched by these conditions.
- Top notch communication skills and ability to liaise with developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, and other members of our remote team.
- Ability to take direction, stay on task in a remote work environment, and follow through on projects big and small.
- Great organization skills to help us improve documentation and workflow systems.
- Tenacious enough to make daily improvements to copy, hunt down and fix errors, and help us make ongoing enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
- Appreciation of good design, and ability to select relevant stock photos, adjust fonts, and do some basic styling of content as needed.
