We are seeking an experienced accounting assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all areas of the bookkeeping cycle (full cycle) in addition to the daily treasury needs of the finance department.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 or Google Suite;
- Professional business acumen;
- Document management in a cloud-based environment is an asset;
- Excellent proof-reading skills;
- Aptitude for computers and various software programs;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a time-sensitive environment;
- Advanced bookkeeping knowledge _is necessary_;
- Completion of a college or university program is an asset;
- Payworks experience is an asset;
- Previous executive administrator experience is an asset;
- Lone Wolf Back Office experience is an asset.
Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm

**Reports to** the CFO; Collaborates with a team of real estate administrators as well as the Executive team.
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
