**Overview**
- **Account Manager Duties**:_
- Support the Account Management team in maintaining strong client relationships
- Prepare quotes, orders, and reports using the company software. Strong computer skills a must.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production & design) to ensure timely delivery of services
- Track orders, manage client communications, and handle follow-ups
- Maintain client records and ensure client data is up to date
- Participate in client meetings (in-person/virtual) and provide service as required
- Take direction from Sales manager when engaging new clients
- **Reception & Showroom Assistant Duties (On-Site)**:_
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, mail, and general inquiries
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, appearance, and product displays
- Assist in setting up showroom displays
- Schedule showroom pickups, receive freight for incoming orders and ship out freight to main office.
- Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and inventory tracking
- Be flexible in assigned tasks and take direction from management.
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
