We are currently searching for a collaborative and service-focused **Event Fundraising Coordinator** to help drive fundraising results for Give Hope Wings and Third-Party fundraising by providing operational support for these programs nationally.

**As the **Event Fundraising Coordinator**, with the guidance of the Director of Events, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Develop/refine materials to support effective engagement of Give Hope Wings participants and supporters
- Support the development and facilitation of recruitment and training opportunities for Give Hope Wings and Third-Party events via online presentations and calls
- Support the development of a robust and structured Third-Party platform to better facilitate Third Party execution and fundraising
- Assist with developing Third Party reporting requirements to Hope Air staff and organizers
- Assist with the coordination of meetings with Third Party organizers, with the purpose of sharing best practices, resources, and tools to support fundraising growth
- Assist with developing communications for Signature Event and Third-Party programs
- Coordinate stewardship plans for Give Hope Wings and Third-Party supporters/organizers to ensure appropriate communication is occurring throughout the year
- Assist with individual fundraiser pages and overall P2P system in Engaging Networks, our online fundraising platform
- Foster relationships with supporters, donors, volunteers and third-party event organizers

- Experience with direct fundraising and/or event fundraising experience
- Experience in Peer-to-Peer fundraising program support and experience working with Third Party events
- Experience collaborating with volunteers and volunteer committees
- Experience working with an online fundraising platform and fundraising reporting
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce considered an asset)
- Project coordination, planning and management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with various timelines and handle competing and changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
