Application Specialist

**What you will do**

As an Application Specialist, you will primarily work in the front line of the process responsible for delivering and supporting our solutions to customers around the globe.

You will work on software implementation projects, interact and consult with clients during the implementation, assess technical issues, work alongside our support teams. Technical aptitude and some understanding of coding will be necessary for this role.

Responsible for providing complete and timely communication and reporting to the client related to implementations in process, including project status, progress on key deliverables and outstanding issues being worked or potential risks.

Initially you will learn how our systems function and as you progress you can decide your area of specialism. Do you want to manage projects, conduct feasibility studies, implement our solutions, develop within testing or perhaps organize trainings/workshops? You create your path; the possibilities are limitless.

**Required Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, logistics/supply-chain, innovation or equivalent and/or work experience within relevant field.
- Experience in implementing software.
- Business acumen
- Must be fluent English speaking/reading and writing.

Vous travaillerez sur des projets de mise en œuvre de logiciels, interagirez et conseillerez les clients pendant la mise en œuvre, évaluerez les problèmes techniques et travaillerez avec nos équipes d'assistance. Des aptitudes techniques et une certaine compréhension du codage seront nécessaires pour ce poste.

Il est chargé de fournir au client une communication et des rapports complets et opportuns concernant les mises en œuvre en cours, y compris l'état d'avancement du projet, les progrès réalisés par rapport aux principaux éléments livrables et les questions en suspens en cours de traitement ou les risques potentiels.

Dans un premier temps, vous apprendrez comment fonctionnent nos systèmes et, au fur et à mesure de votre progression, vous pourrez choisir votre domaine de spécialisation. Voulez-vous gérer des projets, mener des études de faisabilité, mettre en œuvre nos solutions, développer des tests ou peut-être organiser des formations/ateliers ? C'est vous qui créez votre parcours ; les possibilités sont illimitées.
