We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra's cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and streamline medical workflows. As an Applications Specialist your role involves conducting thorough workflow analysis, planning and delivering training sessions, providing on-site support during deployment, and ensuring seamless integration of Sectra's products into customer workflows. Perform PACS workflow analysis to understand each customer’s unique needs and intricacies. Plan and schedule training activities for customers during the deployment project. Provide workflow support to the customer during acceptance testing. Provide training in one-on-one and classroom settings on site, as well as web-based training. Provide positive, professional and cohesive company image when representing Sectra and our products. Ensure Sectra's customers have the required knowledge to efficiently use our products. Planifier et programmer les activités de formation pour les clients pendant le projet de déploiement. Fournir un soutien aux flux de travail pour le client pendant les tests d'acceptation. Organiser et fournir un soutien approprié lors de la mise en service sur site chez le client. Fournir une formation en face à face et en classe sur site, ainsi qu'une formation en ligne. Représenter Sectra et nos produits de manière positive, professionnelle et cohérente.
