**Who are we looking for?**
Natural Forces is seeking a professional to fill the role of Office Administrator to support our team members. This is a full-time position based in Halifax, NS. The primary objective is to maintain and enhance the organization’s office administration by:
- Managing all internal office operations and processes
- Providing administrative support to departments
- Establishing relationships with employees to optimize functions
**Key Tasks and Duties**
**General Administration**
- Ownership over office maintenance, activities and functions to enhance efficiency of internal operations
- Act as a primary support for event coordination, special events, office activities and planning
- Prepare agendas, make travel arrangements, maintain calendars/bookings when required
- Proactively manage office supplies and monitor inventory
- Maintain records, documentation and files
- Work with management to maximize office space, keep documentation up to date, integrate teams and be a focal point of contact at Natural Forces
- Assist and support employees with other assigned duties as required
**Administrative Functions**
- High capacity to adapt to changes and re-evaluating priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to function in fast paced environment
- Strong in all Microsoft Office Suite software and other related software
- Critical thinker with effective problem-solving skills
- Creative outlook on process improvements
- Motivated and inspired to work with a dynamic group of people

Pay: $46,500.00-$48,000.00 per year
