ASIS CPP, APP, PSP certification or equivalent is an asset. - Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking). - A minimum of three (3) years of **experience** in security, including travel security experience. International security is an asset. - An in-depth understanding of security matters in an international organization. - An enhanced knowledge in physical security operations and travel management. **You are**: - A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills. - Competent in planning, organizing, coordinating, negotiating and problem-solving. - Able to work under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment. - A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures. - Qualified to establish, manage, and monitor relationships with diverse and experienced stakeholders. **you are interested in**: - Implementing and operationalizing the Centre Security Plan. - Supporting and maintaining the physical security operations and coordinating security and travel related work across the Centre. - Maintaining the Centre-wide business continuity plans and programs. - Providing advice and assistance to various stakeholders and partners on different types of incidents, while protecting the interest of the Centre. - Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity. **Then we are interested in your profile** **_At IDRC, we support your professional development _** **Additional Information**: - Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office). This position requires a "Secret" security clearance to ensure effective interaction with other government organizations in the areas of security, privacy, intelligence and other highly sensitive information. This position requires occasional international travel.
