As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our membership family physician clinics in delivering high-quality patient care and administrative excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings effectively.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMRs) using various systems including Accura, Juno, Med Access, MISC, Oscar, Osler, Profile, and Myle.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and diagnostic services.
- Manage inventory and supplies within the medical office.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by clinic management.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a recognized Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs), familiarity with Accura, Juno, Med Access, MISC, Oscar, Osler, Profile, and Myle systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
