Human Resources Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing the HR operations within the organization, ensuring the effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR practices with the overall organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all open positions.
- Develop and maintain talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
**Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and open communication environment.
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
**Performance Management**:
- Oversee the performance review process, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure performance issues are addressed in a timely and constructive manner.
- Create and maintain a talent management strategy, focusing on career development and succession planning.
**Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Support leadership and management development initiatives to ensure leadership succession.
- Promote a continuous learning environment through workshops, courses, and other development resources.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs in alignment with company policies and market trends.
- Oversee salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and other perks.
**Compliance and Legal**:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures.
**HR Metrics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, absenteeism) and prepare reports for management.
- Use data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
- HR certification preferred
