**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition process.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi and CMMS for efficient operations and reporting.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants while retaining existing ones.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of the property.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding property management.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in leasing or real estate environments.
- Proficient in using CMMS and customer relationship management software for effective operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with tenants and vendors.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and files.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
