Harlow Properties is looking for a skilled **Property Maintenance Manager** to oversee building upkeep and assist with light construction projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in property maintenance who enjoys managing tasks, solving problems, and keeping buildings in top shape.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle general maintenance: painting, cleaning, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Schedule and coordinate repair work and preventive maintenance.
- Supervise contractors or team members as needed.
- Perform light carpentry, construction cleanup, and operate a telehandler when required.
- Conduct routine property inspections and respond to maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints or plans.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Physically able to perform hands-on work.
- Trade certification or related credentials are an asset.
