Property Manager

Start to Finish Property Management specializes in providing services to boards of directors and building owners who require expertise in the maintenance, marketing, financial oversight, and management of their assets. We provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism. With a diverse portfolio of properties, we strive to provide the best living environment for our tenants.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of properties (condominiums, co-operatives, seniors’ non-profit housing, and all community-based developments.)
- Develop and implement property management plans to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality services.
- Oversee the maintenance and repairs of properties, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Perform regular property audits to assess conditions, compliance, and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports.
- Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated with local market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Maintain accurate and organized property records, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Collaborate with the team on eviction proceedings.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Property Manager with negotiation and audit experience.
- knowledge of property management principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and budgeting.
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
