CRC RV Centre Truro, a subsidiary of the Leisure Days RV Group located in Truro Nova Scotia, has a full-time career opportunity for an RV Service Manager.

**Overview**:
As an RV Service Manager, you will be delivering high-quality customer service to our valued customers and with be working closely with external service providers and internal team members from parts, and sales.

You play a key role in understanding and providing proactive and valued solutions, and you will use your knowledge to build and maintain relationships and to understand client problems and explain their needs to staff for satisfactory service delivery_._

**Compensation**: $60,000 + monthly bonus, vacation pay, group benefits and RRSP with employer match

**Reports to**:General Manager (GM) and Fixed Operations Manager, Maritimes

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Work in a collegial and collaborative manner with all dealership departments and peers in other dealerships.
- Operate the parts and service department with the goals of balancing productivity, profitability, and repeat customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer interactions.
- Hire, train and provide performance feedback to department staff.
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and improve service quality.
- Monitor service metrics, analyze customer feedback and address any gaps or areas for improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- The ability to be a collegial and collaborative teammate with all dealership departments and peers in other dealerships.
- Prior mechanical knowledge or repair experience.
- Excellent English communication skills. French communication skills are an asset.
- Problem solving and listening skills.
- Patient disposition to resolve conflicts.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in industry-specific software.
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge of electronic payment systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform the physical requirements of the role, which include but are not limited to standing, sitting, bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, climbing and using a keyboard and mouse.
