Ocean Sonics is currently seeking a talented **Customer Success Representative**, someone who
is happy, ambitious, and upbeat to process orders, and interact with customers providing
quotations and solutions to our amazing customers. This is a dual role for someone with skills in
inside sales and logistics but will consider individuals with either sales, inside sales or logistics
only.

**Responsibilities
**Inside Sales**
- Identifying sales opportunities and gauge customers interest in obtaining products or

services offered by the company, analyze each individual and make product
recommendations based on a need or problem to be solved
- Demonstrate accurate and extensive knowledge of all products and services
- Play an integral role in earning the trust of potential clients, presenting and delivering
- information- Data entry using our CRM (ZenDesk) system to create and qualify new Leads, record and

capture all interactions and documentation, check inventory and coordinate sales
activities
- Maintaining database (Zendesk, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information and the

outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up
- Answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions

- Guide customers through the order process from start to finish so that they understand
- what to expect and to maximize the value of the sale- Process Sales Orders from customer inquiries to order confirmation and follow up on

customer needs

**Logisitics**
- Responsible for shipping Oceanographic equipment
- Complying with regulations which includes safe transportation of lithium batteries by air
- and road transport- Responsible for Export Permits Applications (EXCOL) and Exports Declaration (CERS),
- classifying products, requesting Export Permit for restricted items.- Responsible for description and classification of oceanographic equipment (HTS Codes).
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing equipment
- Provide a smooth logistics process for the customer to receive orders or to send
- equipment back to the company for maintenance or repair- Closely monitor the production of each order ensuring all orders are completed by the
- deadline and shipped on time (Sales, Rentals and RMAs).- Estimate the due dates of orders working in collaboration with the production manager
- Handle the return of RMA’s and the return of goods

**Requirements
- Degree in business, science or engineering
- B2B technology sales experience & success
- Highly numerate
- Entrepreneurial attitude bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and a strategic outlook
- Efficient and Effective written and verbal communication skills

**Experience with the following tools is desirable**:

- Familiar with CRM (ZenDesk Sell) software and ERP (Fishbowl) desirable or other- Familiar with export permits,
- General office software, such as word processor, spreadsheet, etc.
- Languages an asset
