**The Lodges at Canmore is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our team immediately.**

**Front Desk**
Our guest service department is looking for positive and upbeat individuals with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
Primary responsibilities include registering and checking-out guests, making and modifying reservations and concierge duties. Guest service agents take payments for rooms stays and use computer software to manage guest folios. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, receive and manage complaints and communicate effectively with guests and other hotel departments.

Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour

**Qualifications**:
**Guest Service Agent / Front Desk experience an asset**
**RoomMaster software experience is an asset**
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Positive team member
Competent written and oral English communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and checklists
Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
