**REQUIREMENTS**

This position requires individuals to have a pleasant phone manner, excellent communication and people skills, and good computer skills. Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions is a definite asset. A willingness to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends is required, depending upon the schedule.

**DUTIES**

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Processing payments for Vacation Rental Properties stays.
- Greeting, welcoming, and checking in guests as they arrive.
- Responding to general enquiries about the area, local attractions and activities, and amenities in the area.
- Dealing with guests’ concerns in a timely, respectful, and appropriate manner.
- Responding to emergencies on site, following company procedures.
- Keeping the Vacations Office neat and tidy.
- Doing a reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Assisting the Housekeeping team, if and when the need arises.

Full-time employees qualify for group health benefits after 1 year of continuous employment.

Subsidized shared staff accommodation is available for full-time employees, _**pending availability**_. All units are fully furnished with the essentials in the bedroom, kitchen, and living room including free internet and cable. Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom and in-suite laundry. As all units are shared we are unable to accommodate pets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
