Menya Kouji Group is seeking a full-time Kitchen staff/Cook for the ramen restaurant who can communicate both in English and Japanese. If you are energetic, motivated, and confident in your physical strength, we encourage you to apply

This is a full-time position (30-40h/week) including weekends and holidays. Work hour is shift based between 8am - 11pm.

**Responsibilities;**
- Maintain a clean kitchen area
- Cook broth with special house recipe
- Prepare and cook individual ramen noodles and other Japanese side dishes
- Maintain daily inventory
- Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards

**Skills;**
- Required Languages: Proficient in English and Japanese
- Must be able to carry items weighing around 20-30 kg
- Strong organization and communication skills

**Work Experience;**

Experience as a cook or a Kitchen hand is an asset

Experience/ knowledge in Japanese cuisine is an asset

**Education;**

Highschool diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.40 per hour
