**ArtiSign Solutions is a growing company, looking for a high-performing individual who aspires to work and learn in an environment where they can help make an impact on delivering results. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an experienced Production Manager in our production facility.**

Working out of our Pickering headquarters, our team must be professional in attitude and appearance while demonstrating a positive impression of ArtiSign. It is imperative that our products are fabricated and installed with the utmost care and ensuring we leave the client satisfied with their final product and installation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate job expectations; plan and monitor jobs; enforce systems and procedures
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure that all client projects are executed effectively
- Manage and train production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Continuously improve the production process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing new strategies where necessary
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process and personnel and resources
- Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress and revising schedules; resolving problems; overseeing production processes; and reporting results of the process flows to Management
- Assess project and resource requirements, which may include selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- Determine quality control standards and ensure that quality assurance standards are met
- Organize the repair and routine maintenance and ensure the operation of production equipment
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements for this position**:

- Minimum 3 years sign fabrication and production management experience
- Experience with fabrication of all types of signage, including sign boxes, channel letters, pylon signs and custom metal work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience with safely using a variety of machines and power tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team and multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Full G License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
