**Academic/Professional Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Land Economics, Geography, or related field;
- Advanced degrees and/or certification are an asset.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
We are careful to select people that have demonstrated excellence through their skills, character, and background:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Development, Planning, Construction or Consulting capacity, preferably within a real estate industry;
- Demonstrated success in managing projects from the inception of the approval process to occupancy;
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize work;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within, as well as, outside the company.
