We are a boutique law office located in Mississauga specializing in real estate law.

We seek a Real Estate Law Clerk and/or Real Estate Legal Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience to join our busy and established team. We provide a friendly work environment with a competitive salary.

**Qualifications**:
Do not require degree qualification, however experience in the field is a must, and have great oral and written skills in English. Must be professional, and energetic.

**Duties**:
Manage and complete residential purchase, sale and mortgage transactions, reception duties

**Responsibilities**:

- strong knowledge of E-Reg/Teraview, PC Law, Conveyancer, and Unity.
- Inputting data in unity/Conveyncor, and Microsoft Office
- answer, screen and forward all incoming phone,
- Liaise with clients and other law firms in a professional manner.
- Prepare routine legal documents for real estate files
- Prepare reporting letters Draft and arrange Final Reports Handling residential purchase, sale, refinance and private mortgage transactions from the very beginning to the very end.
- must be a self-starter requiring mínimal supervision
- Various clerical duties as required
- Excellent organizational skills Dependable with a strong initiative Ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift, in person.
